Gruesome tales, ancient stories
Fucking hypocrites in all their glory
So supreme, nice and kindly
All their followers obey them blindly

Self-proclaimed shepherds and orderers
But all good sheep are not aware of their slaughterers
Innocent pacifists, unable to resist

Trapped in endless cycles, no escape
Ruthless leaders spawn a toxic fate

Can’t they see we’re not their slaves
We are no subjects of their grace
There is no choice, there’s just compliance
’Cause what they fear the most is self-reliance

And in the end, they all go down
Hide away, gracelessly, cowardly
Protected by a wall of sheep
An ancient wound that runs so deep

Bow down reverently
Obey the Pharisee
Don’t try to disagree
Accept the tyranny
