German blackened death metal band Horresque return with their new single, “Behind the Door”, due for release on July 17th, 2026. The track serves as the first glimpse of the band's upcoming third full-length album, Chasms Pt. III - The Dread, Unveiled, scheduled for early 2027 and marking their first release without the involvement of a record label.

Blending black and death metal with aggressive, sinister and atmospheric songwriting while maintaining a strong melodic edge, Horresque continue to explore the darker corners of the human psyche. “Behind the Door” focuses on the atrocities the mind is capable of committing, continuing the themes developed throughout the band's Chasms trilogy.

Following two full-length albums, “Behind the Door” opens the final chapter of the trilogy while pointing toward what is to come.
